Colour in the Laneway
Born from Belonging community workshops led by Wadawurrung Traditional Owner and Aboriginal artist Jenna Oldaker (Murrup Art) and brought to life in collaboration with Morag Myerscough, this immersive textile installation transforms one of Ballarat’s most iconic laneways into a vibrant, living canvas.
The work bursts to life like a kaleidoscopic tapestry, where colour, pattern, and movement dance together in celebration of connection and Country.
As the fabric sways and shimmers in the breeze, the installation becomes a patchwork of joy, culture, and belonging, inviting all who pass through to pause, reflect, and feel the heartbeat of Wadawurrung Country.
